A valid credit card is necessary for making reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card before arrival. For walk-in guest who does not posses credit card, there will be incidental deposit payable upon check-in apart from room rent. Deposit will be refunded during check-out if there are no incidentals.
Payments options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JBC and Debit (Interac). With cash and debit payment option incidental deposit will be applicable. See reservation and walk-in policy for more detail.
Cancellation policy:
Our cancellation policy is 24 hrs. before arrival date. If violated there will be one nights charge as cancellation penalty.
Smoking policy:
All units are non-smoking. Any smoking incident will be charged $300.00
Pet policy:
We don't allow pets in all units. We have dedicated pet friendly unit. If any guest intend to bring pets or book pet friendly unit has call the property number directly. If any online guest brings pet and pet friendly unit is not available than their reservation will have to be cancelled.
